Our Mission:
The Boulevard nursery provides care for our youngest children, age 0 – 36 months in a safe and secure environment. While in the nursery, children are cared for by a staff of screened
and trained volunteers.
Location:
The Boulevard nursery is located on the lower level, East Wing. As you enter the building through the main entrance, go to the hallway that is located to the East (right side) of the sanctuary. The nursery and toddler room check-in area is at the end of the hallway.
Sunday mornings: (check-in begins 15 minutes before each service.)

Wednesday Evenings (September-April):
6:30pm Family Nights (Nursery provided for 0-36 months)
Our nursery may also be provided during special services and activities. Please see the
weekly bulletin for further information.
Check-In and Paging System:
will provide our workers with information to help care for your child. (Please allow a
few extra minutes to fill out this form on your first visit.)
2. Each week you will need to fill out a simple nametag that provides our volunteers with
weekly updated information (ie nap time, nursing/bottle)
3. Label any bottles or sippy cups you bring for your child (labels are available at our
check-in station.)
4. You will be given a pager upon each visit to our nursery. Pagers must be returned
when you pick up your child. You will be paged if the nursery volunteers are in need of
your assistance while your child is in our care.
5. For the safety of your child, parents (guardians) must remain on the church campus
while children are in our nursery.

Child Wellness Policy
For the safety of all children, Boulevard will not allow children into the nursery who exhibit the following signs: Fever, Rash, Pink Eye, Diarrehea, Running nose (green or yellow mucus), Persistent cough
If your child begins to exhibit these signs while in the nursery, you will be contacted to
remove your child for the safety of the other children.
