Once again in 2011, Boulevard will be partnering with That Neighborhood Church (aka TNC), an inner city church in North Toledo, to collect and provide filled backpacks for inner city kids, right here in our hometown of Toledo. 

Please help us make sure boys and girls start the school year off fully supplied by purchasing a new backpack and delivering it to the Boulevard office or coatroom filled with the following items:

     ·        #2 Pencils – 1 pack

·        Crayons – 1 pack

·        Lined Notebook paper – 2 packs

·        Children’s Scissors – 1

·        Spiral Notebooks – 5

·        Ruler – 1

·        Colored Pencils – 1

·        Glue Sticks – 2

·        Washable Markers – 1 pack

·        Blue and Black Pens – 1 pkg

·        1” 3 Ring Binder

·        Erasers-pencil toppers and stick

·        Folders – 3

·        Tissue boxes – 2

·        Wetwipes

·        Extra Items…

o   Undergarments

o   Gloves/Mittens

o   Socks

Please mark backpacks with masking tape or a tag that says girl or boy so we know how to distribute.  Drop filled packs off at the church for the next 4 weeks.  They will be picked up August 8th and 9th and delivered to That Neighborhood Church in North Toledo for distribution.
